In this role, I ensured a positive customer experience from arrival to leave. My responsibilities included conducting safety briefs and checks, supervising customers throughout the course, and maintaining all health and safety rules. I always delivered high standards of customer service, showing professionalism, clear communication, and a strong awareness of risk management.

While working at the Bakehouse as a Barista and Catering Assistant, the role required me to liaise with customers, taking and preparing orders and handling money. I am confident in operating an ordering and payment system. I work well as part of the team and with independent jobs.

Tasks included the preparation of food, cleaning and maintenance of the site and assisting with setting up the venue for events such as weddings and parties. Delivering customer orders within the grounds during busy events and Saturday service, operating iPad with SumUp machine.

My role included dealing with customers both over the phone and in person. Taking and preparing orders, both with food and drinks. Handling money and assisting with kitchen stock management. I worked behind the bar as Front of House welcoming and serving customers.
